Pricing questions

Is the free sandook really free?

Yes. The free sandook has no time limit and needs no payment details.

What happens if a safekeeping subscription is cancelled or a payment fails?

Check-ins and contact escalation pause while a subscription is not active, and you keep full access to your free sandook, including your documents, wishes and letters. Letter recipients you chose are kept but no release can be considered while the subscription is inactive. See the refund policy and how letter safekeeping works.

Can I get a refund for a guided session?

Cancellation and refund terms are shown when we agree a time with you, before any payment is taken. See also the refund policy.

Is the illness or incapacity add-on available?

No. It is an idea under consideration and we are not offering or charging for it.
