Report a death

We are sorry for your loss

Use this form to tell us that someone with an account here has died. A person will review your report. Nothing is released because of a report alone.

What happens next

  1. We record your report and open a case for review. We do not tell you whether an account exists, to protect people's privacy.
  2. We let the account holder know. If they sign in or check in, the report is automatically disputed.
  3. A reviewer contacts you if more information is needed and explains a secure way to share any evidence.
  4. Only letters the account holder assigned to a named person can ever be considered, and only after review, approval and verification of that person's identity.
